Описание

This project is actively working for SDGs 4 (Quality Education), SDGs 11 (Sustainable city and Communities) organized together with a local NPO, Bizan Daigaku (B.D.) since 2019. B.D. is an NPO dedicated to improving Tokushima area through various volunteer activities. Its initiatives include city landscape maintenance projects, such as planting and maintaining flower beds in the community, as well as cleaning rivers by boats. We also engage with local elementary schools and children’s centers to foster connections with kids, and we actively join with community events and activities. The children who live in countryside face to have few opportunity to communicate with foreign people compared with city. They want to change the situation and activate both of children and the situation of education for cultural exchange through activities with volunteers.
